No engagement session would be complete without a little canine personality. For Kelsey and Lee, that meant including their two dogs, a French Bulldog and Husky, who stole the show in the best way! Dressed in black and white bow ties, they brought so much joy and energy to the shoot.

For anyone planning to include pets in their engagement session, the Rodin’s gardens offer enough space and flexibility to navigate around other visitors with your fur babies!

My biggest tip? Bring a handler or friend to help wrangle the pups in between photos so you’re not stressing about it!

Kelsey and Lee are planning a chic coastal wedding at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel in June 2026. This venue holds deep personal meaning—Kelsey grew up in Annapolis, and her parents married at the same venue 30 years ago! Now, she’ll say “I do” to the love of her life in the very same place. This is a full-circle moment I’m so honored to capture.
