All wedding collections include 8 hours of coverage, a second photographer, an engagement session, and high resolution images. After a discovery call, we will make 3 custom options for you, tailored to the needs of your wedding specifically. 


Collections with Lauren begin at 7950 and 5950 with associate photographers. All collections are customizable. This takes into account your location, print selections, album design, and all the finer details that will shape our journey together.

Signature Process
Get In Touch

Your LBP experience begins with filling out my Inquiry Form. Send me a note with all I need to know about you as a couple, your wedding dreams, and the photos you want to have for anniversaries to come. I’ll be in touch within 24-48 hours to schedule our consultation call.

Conversation

We’ll get to know each other better during our consultation call. You’ll share your wedding vision, timeline, and where you’re at in the planning process—and ask all your questions about the wedding experience. After our call, you’ll receive a customized wedding collection with all the package details to help you make an informed decision.

It’s Official

With all the details of your collection finalized, it’s time to reserve your wedding date on my calendar with the signed contract and your 40% retainer. Once those are done, you’ll have officially booked your wedding photographer. Congratulations!

Check-ins & Planning

We’re going to be chatting a lot over the next few months. Expect “Hello” emails, periodic countdown reminders to keep you on track and stress-free, and a sweet gift for you on your front porch. 3 months before your wedding day, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire so I can gather all the information I need to create your photo list, timeline, and everything that goes into making this a seamless process.

Engagement Session

Look out for my Engagement Session Style Guide in your inbox. This guide has all the details on what to wear, location suggestions, and a session prep checklist bearing the Type-A seal of approval. I’ll guide you throughout the session so you’ll feel comfortable in front of the camera (and feel like pros on your wedding day). Your engagement photos will be ready 2 weeks after our session.

Your Wedding Day

The wait is over. It’s your wedding day! I’ll be by your side ready to capture your sweetest moments and dreamy details. With all the planning that has gone into making the photography process as seamless as possible, your only job is to enjoy your big day. 

Albums & Prints

Your wedding photos are a lifetime investment, one even your kids and grandkids will treasure. You’ll receive your final gallery within 6-8 weeks after your wedding day (with a few sneak previews of your highlights before that). Once you’ve received your gallery, popped the champagne, and basked in each moment with the love of your life, we’ll work together to design your album. Prints will be available for purchase the moment your online gallery is ready.

Q: What’s your turnaround time?

A: I know you’re excited to see your photos, so I try to be timely with editing—all while creating a quality product. My turnaround time for engagement sessions is 2 weeks, and wedding galleries are delivered in 6-8 weeks. I aim for a 24-48 hour sneak peek after weddings!

Q: Do you work with LGBTQIA+ couples?

A: I celebrate all my couples and champion inclusivity. Your wedding day will be captured with the intention and respect it deserves, and I promise to do my part in educating myself on how to be a better anti-racist, queer-affirming ally. Love is love, and you’re welcome here.

Q: What if you’re unavailable?

A: If I’m booked or unavailable, I recommend working with one of my associate photographers, who provides the same client experience and technical expertise. All photos are edited in the signature LBP style.

Q: Do you travel?

A: Absolutely! While many of my clients are based in Philadelphia, I travel around the US for weddings frequently. I also accept a select number of destination weddings each year. I would love to hear about your destination and wedding details. Email me for a custom quote, or contact me here

Q: How do we reserve our date?

A: A 40% retainer and signed contract are required to book your wedding day. The payment process is easy, and your custom contract will outline all the details.

Q: Do you have business insurance?

A: I do! I’m happy to provide paperwork upon request. 

Q: How many images will we receive?

A: My clients receive an average of 75 photos/hour of coverage. This also depends on the size of the wedding party, family, the schedule of the day, and other factors. I don’t set an image limit, so if you have a large celebration and I have more than the average number of photos, they will be delivered.

Q: Do you have recommended wedding planners?

100% yes! Planners and Event Designers are crucial to the style of your event as well as making sure the whole day goes smoothly. Email me for a list of planners I know and love!

Q: What style of weddings do you photograph?

If it’s garden-themed, storied architecture, or a grand ballroom—it’s *chef’s kiss* perfect. I prefer to photograph celebrations that are steeped in sentiment, experience-rich, and hosted at luxury venues.

Q: Do you offer albums/prints? 

Yes! I design custom heirloom albums for my clients. Some choose to add this to their collection upfront, others return to make their album after their wedding or even months/years later. At minimum, all my clients receive a print/album credit with their collection. 

Q: What's included in a collection? 

At minimum, all collections include 8 hours of coverage, a second photographer, and engagement session. After the initial discovery call, you'll receive 3 custom package options that I design for your wedding specifically. 

Q: When should we do our engagement session? 

Typically I suggest between the 6-12 month mark from your wedding! My couples love using their engagement photos for their save-the-dates, so I always recommend doing the session in time to send them out. Turnaround for portrait sessions is 2 weeks.
