Carly and Ben are a winter wonderland dream! We may have frozen for these photos, but it was well worth it.

This couple’s story began almost 7 years ago, when the two crossed paths as teenagers. I don’t know about you, but I am a total sucker for high school sweetheart stories. Doesn’t it just give you the young love feels!? Anyway, fast-forward to today and these beautiful souls are so excited to be getting married to each other. It was apparent in the way they paid attention to one another during the whole icy session. So cute.

The beautiful grounds and interiors of Moonstone Manor played host to our escapades on this wintry day, a picturesque mix of rich earth tones from the winter landscape, and the polished woods and stone elements of the building. I’m all for the bounty of colors in spring and summer, but there is something so stately in the colors of this time of year.

Lock Aerie Mansion will be the destination of their nuptials, and I am so excited to share that beautiful venue and day, as well.

I can’t wait to celebrate with them in December!
